The Lawyer's office was founded in 1994 by Bojana Tkalčić-Đulić, after she spent a part of her career in courts and the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Owing to the founder’s determination to have its trainees and associates working in the Office became Office partners after they pass the bar examination and meet other legally prescribed requirements, the Office have been expanding over time to become a joint lawyers’ office of several partners supported by a number of associates and trainees who make the basis for further Office expansion.

Presently, there are three lawyers working in the Office, several associates and trainees and its expansion is soon to be expected. This makes it one of the larger lawyers’ offices in the B&H legal environment, which is specialized in legal services in the area of commercial and civil law.

The Office’s narrow specialization includes corporative law, M&A transactions, banking, privatization, competition law, as well as dispute resolution and other related areas of legal practice in which the Office have acquired an indisputable reputation for outstanding quality of the services rendered to its foreign and local clients.

The Office acts in the capacity of an advisory body to a number of foreign embassies and international organizations and agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it represents a significant number of large international corporations in the areas of finances, industrial and service-related sectors, including banking, financing projects, energy sector, real estates, civil engineering and development. As the policy of our Office does not allow public disclosure of the information related to our clients, the reference list may be obtained on special request.

Over the past several years the Office has been rendering services related to a number of cross border M&A transactions, privatization projects of large companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, mergers of joint stock companies, real estate transactions and other projects for its international clients.

The Office took part in numerous expert groups working on law drafting in the areas of business law, privatization, banking and public sector.

Rendering this type of legal services, the Office closely monitors the developments in theory and practice of the international law on a daily basis, while its lawyers frequently participate in different workshops and seminars, as well as in international exchange programs for lawyers.

The Office maintains close collaboration with a number of international law firms in relation to the projects of international importance, such as Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Allen& Overy, White & Case, Arnold&Porter, CMS Cameron McKenna, Watson, Farley &Williams and the prominent law firms from the neighboring countries.
