Professional Experience
She held the position of judge for civil, labor and commercial cases at:
- Municipal Court II Sarajevo
- Court of Associated Labor Sarajevo
- Court of Associated Labor of Bosnia and Herzegovina
During her two-year mandate, she held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In 1994, she founded her own lawyer’s office.
She was a member of the Bar Examination Committee and Minor Offence Judges Examination Committee on several occasions. Currently, she is a member of the FB&H Bar Chamber Steering Board.

ADELA DRAGANOVIĆ

Professional Experience
Engaged by the German organization GTZ (Gesellschaftfür Technische Zusammenarbeit) for the purpose of providing technical and legal support to the Ministry of Justice of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of legal database development.
Since 2002, engaged firstly as a lawyer’s trainee, and subsequently as an associate in the Lawyer’s Office Bojana Tkalčić-Đulić.
Since December 2006, registered in the FB&H Bar Chamber, when she has become a partner in the Lawyers’ Office Bojana Tkalčić – Đulić, Olodar Prebanić and Adela Draganović.
In the course of 2007, actively participated in the observation and professional training program for lawyers from East and South-East Europe which was held in Germany, and which covered the areas of German civil and commercial law, as well as the area of EU law. The program was organized by the German Federal Bar Chamber and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation.

Since February 2009, registered in the FB&H Bar Chamber, when she has become a partner in the Lawyers’ Office Bojana Tkalcic-Dulic, Olodar Prebanic, Adela Rizvic and Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman.
